What landscaping services do you offer?
We offer a well-rounded number of services, whereas our clients think of us as a company that can handle all of their needs. We outline a plan for each facet of services, how they integrate together to accomplish their goals. This allows them to only have one company to deal with for all of their needs and one billing entity to encompass many various avenues of service. We offer services including, but not limited to - Turf Maintenance, Turf Health Care and Development, Landscaping Maintenance, Tree and Shrub Health Care, Hardscaping Design and Installation, Tree Related Services including Removals and Tree Health Care Services, Irrigation Installation, Irrigation Maintenance, Snow Removal Services, plus much more.
How can I get a bid for outdoor services?
First, a thorough phone conversation is used to establish the basic extent of services for you and your property. Once we have established that the services qualify collectively to meet our requirements, we will schedule a site visit where we discuss the property firsthand, learn about the services already performed which did not yield the intended results, understand the goals more directly, assess the current state of the property relative to the goals, construct a plan and timeline of services, then a formal proposal will be submitted. We do not offer one-time maintenance service. Depending on the scope of work and the aspects involved, prior to the in-person property visit there may be a charge for the creation process, as the proposals will be far more detailed than most within our industry. As always, if the contract is executed for services, the proposal fee will be applied to the services.​

Do you offer drainage-related services?
We do not offer any drainage-related services. We have industry partners that we will refer potential clients to or work with to accomplish specific goals.
Do you offer multi-year contracts for landscaping and outdoor maintenance services?
No, we do not offer multi-year contracts. At the conclusion of each year, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the season as a whole. During this discussion, we will thoroughly review the services themselves, the environmental factors of that season, any services that were needed beyond the contracted scope, any services to add to the maintenance contract vs. leaving on a work order basis, etc. More often than not, after the conversation there is an alteration to the services for the following year. Thus, we look at our clients as long-term partnerships and not a single year customer. We want to be the leader in property transformations, and this requires targeted services over a period of time. This is why the short-term and long-term goals for lawn and landscape maintenance through Pinnacle need to be structured so that one is not counter-productive to the other.

What are Health Care Services for turf, trees, and shrubs?
Health care services focus on the well being of these living organisms. Much like a human body needs specific nutrients both on the macro-level and micro-level, so too do plants, turf, and trees. They also need assistance at times to fight off environmental complications upon them. These complications may include fungal pathogen issues, insect problems, soil-related problems, etc. Correct identification is the first step, then off-setting services. In the case of known annual issues, these services can be proactively added to service contracts to help combat a potentially recurring problem. We also offer full Integrated Pest Management Programs (IPMs), which include bi-weekly site visits. Then, we will perform services as needed instead of implementing a program reliant on calendar progression. Sometimes complications rely exclusively on various environmental factors aligning, which may not be predictable far ahead of time.
